- Orders placed before 1:00 PM (local time) are usually processed the same business day.   
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the next working day.

- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.  
- Occasional courier or customs delays may occur that are outside our control.

Order Tracking  

- Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Damaged or Lost Items 

While we take great care in packaging, Atlantic Collectibles cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during transit.  
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.  
- Keep all packaging and the damaged goods as evidence when submitting your claim.
